Job Description

We are looking for a Computer Technician to join our team at Rainbow Enterprises.


The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 14,000 - ₹ 15,000 with growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and identify hardware and software problems in computers and laptops.

2. Repair or replace faulty components such as RAM, hard disk/SSD, keyboard, screen, battery, motherboard, etc.

3. Install and configure operating systems, drivers, software, antivirus, and necessary updates.

Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, printers, and other peripherals.

5. Perform regular maintenance and data backup, ensuring computers are clean, secure, and working properly.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly.
