Technician

• Inspection and Identification:

  Thoroughly inspect properties for signs of pest activity, such as insects, rodents, and other pests, and identify the specific species and extent of the infestation. 

• Treatment Planning:

  Develop customized treatment plans based on the type of pest, the severity of the infestation, and the specific environment of the property. 

• Treatment Application:

  Apply pesticides, rodenticides, and other treatment solutions using appropriate methods, including sprays, baits, and traps, while following safety protocols and manufacturer instructions. 

• Pest Prevention:

  Install barriers, such as sealants and mesh, to block entry points and recommend preventive measures to clients to deter future infestations. 

• Client Communication:

  Communicate with clients to explain treatment options, provide estimates, educate them on preventive measures, and address any concerns they may have. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, treatment plans, materials used, completed services, and any client communications. 

• Safety and Compliance:

  Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols, wear appropriate protective gear, and ensure all pesticide handling and application complies with local, state, and federal regulations. 

• Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance:

  Keep the service truck stocked, clean, and organized with necessary tools and supplies for daily routes and service visits.
