Technician

We are looking for a skilled Feild engineers/ Onsite Technician / Resident Engineer/ Support Staff / Administrator with at least 1 year of experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry. ( Must and Mendatory)The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV systems at our client locations (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, and commission AV systems at customer sites

• Provide onsite technical support for AV equipment and systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to audio, video, and control systems

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine system health checks

• Coordinate with internal teams and OEMs for issue resolution

• Ensure systems are functioning as per project design and client requirements

• Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation

• Support live events, boardrooms, classrooms, and control rooms as required

• Adhere to safety standards and company SOPs

Technical Skills Required:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AV systems:

  • Displays, Projectors, LED Walls

  • Audio systems (Microphones, Speakers, Mixers)

  • Video conferencing systems

  • Control systems

• Understanding of signal flow and AV cabling

• Basic networking knowledge (IP, LAN, switches)

• Ability to read AV drawings and wiring diagrams

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / Degree / ITI / BE / B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field preferred) but not compulsory

• 1+ year experience in AV installation or support

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Willingness to work onsite and flexible shifts if required

• Ready to travel within the city or nearby locations

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
