Job Title: Field Technician (Home Appliance)

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Home Appliance Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of home appliances at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer locations to install, inspect, and repair home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, air conditioners, and more.

• Diagnose faults using technical tools and troubleshooting methods.

• Replace or repair defective components using hand tools and testing equipment.

• Provide customers with maintenance advice and usage instructions to prevent future issues.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and customer interactions.

• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards during all service activities.

• Keep inventory of parts and tools and report shortages to the supervisor.

• Respond to emergency repair calls in a timely manner.

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a home appliance technician or similar technical role.

• Strong understanding of appliance components, electrical systems, and repair techniques.

• Ability to read technical diagrams and service manuals.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations.

• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment if needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in electronics or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Familiarity with basic computer and mobile apps for reporting and job tracking.

• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to appliance repair.
