• Production Setup:

  • Set up and calibrate manufacturing machinery used in the production of mobile phone components such as screens, batteries, circuit boards, etc.

• Quality Control:

  • Inspect raw materials and intermediate parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Perform visual and technical checks on parts like displays, housings, buttons, and connectors.

• Troubleshooting Production Issues:

  • Address issues in the production line, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues.

  • Ensure that machinery is working at optimum levels to prevent defects.

• Compliance with Safety Standards:

  • Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents during the manufacturing process.

  • Ensure the factory complies with environmental and industry-specific regulations.

2. Assembly of Mobile Devices:

• Component Assembly:

  • Assemble different components of mobile phones such as screens, processors, memory chips, cameras, and battery modules.

• Test Functionality:

  • Test each mobile device for proper functionality, including display quality, touchscreen responsiveness, camera quality, sound, and software operation.

• Handling of Sensitive Components:

  • Handle delicate and fragile components such as LCDs, OLED displays, and touchscreens, ensuring they are not damaged during assembly.

• Precision and Attention to Detail:

  • Ensure that all parts fit together precisely and that there are no defects in the assembly process, using tools like screwdrivers, thermal adhesive, and assembly jigs.

3. Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Final Inspections:

  • Perform the final inspection of assembled mobile phones to confirm they meet the company’s product standards.

  • Check for issues like screen discoloration, poor connectivity, or hardware malfunctions.

• Testing for Durability:

  • Run stress tests on the assembled mobile phones, such as battery performance tests and drop tests.

• Report Defects:

  • Document any defective parts or issues found during assembly and report them to supervisors or quality control teams.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting ways to enhance assembly efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Stay updated with the latest mobile technology and manufacturing processes, and occasionally help train junior technicians or new hires.
