Perform PCB soldering for electronic components (through-hole & SMD).
Solder components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, connectors on PCBs.
Follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
Identify components based on value, polarity, and IC numbers.
Carry out rework, repair, and modification of PCB assemblies when required.
Perform LED pasting and polarity verification during assembly.
Use soldering tools like soldering iron, flux, desoldering pump, hot air gun effectively.
Maintain quality standards with minimal rejection and wastage.
Inspect solder joints for defects such as dry solder, bridging, or excess solder.
Support senior operators and assist in training or guiding helpers/junior staff.
