Technician

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Solar Technicians with an ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering to join our team. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of solar power systems across various locations in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other electrical components.

• Perform basic electrical work related to solar energy systems.

• Support the senior technicians and engineers during on-site tasks.

• Carry out routine maintenance and inspection of installed systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met at every site.

• Maintain proper tools and equipment during fieldwork.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients when required.

Required Qualifications:

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to read and understand electrical layouts

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops

• Good communication skills in Telugu and English

• Willingness to travel to different sites within Hyderabad

• Punctual, active, and eager to learn

Compensation & Benefits:
