We are looking for a skilled and experienced iPhone Mobile Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining iPhone devices, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on experi ence with Apple mobile devices, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of smartphone hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair iPhone hardware and software issues, including:

Screen and battery replacements

Charging port repairs

Camera, speaker, and microphone replacements

Water damage treatment

iOS software troubleshooting and updates

Use diagnostic tools to identify technical faults accurately.

Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Provide excellent customer service and explain technical issues in simple terms.

Handle inventory of spare parts and tools responsibly.

Keep records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

Stay updated on new iPhone models and repair techniques.
