Job Description

Job Title: Water Softener Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Water Softener Technician to install, service, and maintain water softening systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to handle fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission water softener systems at client sites
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of water softeners
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions
Conduct water quality testing (hardness, TDS, etc.)
Replace filters, resins, valves, and other components as required
Maintain service records and prepare reports
Provide customer support and explain system usage
Ensure timely service visits and adherence to safety standards

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of water treatment systems and plumbing
Ability to handle tools and equipment
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer handling skills
Willingness to travel for field service
