Technician

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹10000 with growth opportunities.

Job Resposibility:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate production activities to meet daily targets and maintain workflow.

• Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations, including hazardous material handling.

• Monitor Production Quality: Supervise processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations.

• Train and Mentor Staff: Guide operators and technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

• Maintain Equipment: Ensure machinery is properly maintained and functioning to avoid downtime.

• Optimize Processes: Implement improvements to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.

• Collaborate Across Departments: Work with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to streamline operations.

• Document and Report: Keep accurate records of production data, incidents, and performance metrics.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
