🛠 Job Title: Pest Control Technician

Location: [bhopal]
Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers or Experienced (On Job Training Provided)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Pest Control Operations

   • Perform residential, commercial, and industrial pest control treatments using approved chemicals and techniques.

   • Conduct preventive and corrective pest control as per company guidelines.

2. Use of Equipment

   • Operate and maintain fogging machines, spraying units, and other pest control equipment safely and efficiently.

   • Perform drilling tasks for pest control treatment (e.g., termite control) as required.

3. Inspection & Assessment

   • Inspect buildings and surrounding areas for signs of pests or infestations.

   • Identify type of pest and recommend appropriate treatment plan.

4. Health & Safety Compliance

   • Follow safety guidelines for chemical handling, application, and disposal.

   • Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during operations.

5. Customer Interaction

   • Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.

   • Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and service recommendations.

6. Documentation & Reporting

   • Maintain accurate records of services performed, chemicals used, and site conditions.

   • Report any unusual pest activity or damage to supervisors.

7. Availability & Flexibility

   • Willingness to work rotational shifts including night duties and weekends.

   • Ready to respond to emergency pest control requests as needed.

8. Learning & Development

   • Continuously learn and upgrade skills in pest control techniques and safety protocols.

   • Attend in-house or external training sessions as scheduled.

Preferred Candidate Qualities:

• Physically fit and able to work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, confined spaces).

• Honest, punctual, and disciplined with a strong work ethic.

• Basic understanding of mechanical tools and machines (drilling/fogging).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
