Diagnose and repair smartphones, including hardware and software issues.
Handle component-level repairs such as display, battery, charging jack, mic, speaker, and motherboard.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks after repairs.
Manage spare parts, inventory, and ensure proper usage of tools/equipment.
Maintain repair logs and update CRM/service systems accurately.
Provide customer support for walk-ins and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and service quality standards.
Support warranty and out-of-warranty repair cases as per guidelines.
Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software.
Hands-on experience in chip-level/mobile board repair.
Ability to diagnose and resolve handset issues efficiently.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of spare part operations and service processes.
ITI / Diploma in Electronics & Communication / Mobile Repair Certification preferred.
2–5 years of experience in mobile repair/service centers.
