CCTV Technician Job Profile

1. Installation Work

• CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, cabling, routers, switches ka installation.

• Camera positioning aur angle set karna for best coverage.

• Power supply, connectors aur accessories ka proper use.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Faulty cameras, DVR/NVR, power supply ko check aur repair karna.

• Network issues solve karna (IP conflict, connectivity problems).

• Regular maintenance aur preventive checks.

3. Networking Knowledge

• LAN/WAN, IP cameras setup.

• Remote monitoring setup (Mobile App / PC software).

• Port forwarding, static IP, DDNS configuration.

4. Technical Knowledge

• Different camera types ka knowledge (Analog, IP, PTZ, Dome, Bullet).

• Video storage systems (HDD, Cloud, Hybrid).

• Basic electrical & electronic knowledge.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Installation reports banani.

• Inventory aur material usage ka record rakhna.

• Client ke saath site handover documentation.

6. Soft Skills

• Client handling & communication skills.

• Site survey karna aur best solution suggest karna.

• Team ke saath coordinate karke kaam karna.
