Technician

Key Duties

· Oversee routine maintenance of facilities, including managing the upkeep of Server UPS, air conditioning units, plumbing, carpentry, pest control, and smoke detectors to ensure all systems are functioning optimally.

· Respond promptly to technical issues and coordinate timely repairs with internal teams or external service providers.

· Preparation of maintenance schedules inline with the manufacturer guidelines and ensure the schedules are adhered.

· Experience in handling CAFM (Computer aided facilities management systems) and work order management.

· Preparation of asset registers and maintain asset inventory UpToDate.

· Coordinate with vendors and contractors for AMC services, repairs, and technical support, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

· Generate and manage Purchase Orders for facility-related purchases and services.

· Request, evaluate, and compare vendor quotations for technical services, repairs, and facility upgrade.

Supervise and provide technical support to maintenance technicians and administrative personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation of processes.

· Monitor and manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and technical consumables to ensure cost-efficient and uninterrupted operations.

· Manage procurement of office equipment, furniture, kitchen appliances, and supplies to support facility operations.

· Coordinate the processing of government permits, including fire safety inspection certificates.

· Process invoices related to building dues, electricity, and water charges using the client system.

· Manage additional facility-related tasks, ensuring smooth building operations.

· Manage requests for gate passes and work permits within the building.

· Upkeep of firefighting systems including fire alarm systems, PA systems, sprinkler systems and fire extinguishers.

· Ensuring all operations adhere to relevant health and safety legislation, as well as any specific contractual obligations.

C License Holder is mandatory
