Technician

We are looking for a Technician to join our team at Integrated Agro Pest Management to go for pest control in different areas. Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial properties for signs of pest infestations. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

• Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial properties for signs of pest infestations.

• Identify pests, determine the extent of infestations, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

• Apply pesticides, insecticides, rodenticides, and other pest control treatments according to company procedures and safety regulations.

• Install and maintain pest control devices such as traps, bait stations, and monitoring systems.

• Educate customers on pest prevention measures and sanitation practices.

• Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and treatment documentation.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Operate and maintain pest control equipment and company vehicles.

• Respond to customer inquiries and address pest-related concerns professionally.

• Conduct follow-up inspections and treatments as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certification or license in pest control operations (as required by local regulations).

• Prior experience in pest control, facility management, or a related field is preferred.

• Knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, and safety procedures.

• Ability to handle chemicals and equipment safely.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift equipment when necessary.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
