JD for Sales Executive:
-Identify and onboard new and retrofit dealers across assigned territories
-Manage dealer onboarding, field sales execution, market development and training process
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
-Drive retail vehicle sales and achieve monthly targets
-Manage and improve dealership productivity
-Strong field sales and dealer management experience
-Good understanding of automobile / EV ecosystem
-Ability to build relationships with dealers, fleet owners, and drivers
-Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and pricing trends
- Plan and execute promotional activities, test drives, and local marketing campaigns
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage dealer credit cycles
-Familiarity with financing options, NBFCs, and vehicle loan processes
-Exposure to EV policies, subsidies, and government schemes
-Monitor dealer performance & ensure customer satisfaction
-Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
-Experience in 3- wheeler segment will be an added advantage.
