Job Summary :

We are looking for a Bodyshop Advisor to manage customer service and workshop coordination for accident/repair cases. The role involves guiding customers, preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Attend customers for accident/repair jobs and understand their requirements.

- Prepare repair estimates, insurance approvals, and maintain proper documentation.

- Coordinate with technicians and bodyshop team for timely repairs.

- Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.

- Update customers regularly on job progress and timelines.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve queries effectively.

Requirements :

- Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical (preferred).

- 2–4 years’ experience in automobile workshop/bodyshop advisory.

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

- Knowledge of insurance claim processes will be an advantage.
