Technician

Position Summary:

The Four-Wheeler Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preventive servicing of taxi vehicles. You ensure our fleet remains safe, operational, and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine Maintenance & Servicing

  • Perform scheduled services: oil changes, brake checks, tire rotations, filter replacements, fluid top-ups expertia.ai+11taxiloyal.com+11adzuna.in+11adzuna.in+2expertia.ai+2skima.ai+2.

• Diagnostics & Repairs

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic tools and manual inspection

  • Repair or replace faulty engine, transmission, suspension, braking, steering, and electrical components

• Preventive Checks & Compliance

  • Conduct thorough safety and emissions inspections according to regulations

  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment

• Record-Keeping & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate logs of services, repairs, parts used, and inspection outcomes

• Parts Management

  • Identify needed parts and coordinate ordering and inventory control

• Quality Assurance

  • Perform test drives post-repair to validate performance and safety .

• Team Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with workshop staff, fleet operations, and management teams .

  • Assist in training junior technicians or apprentices as needed

• Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on automotive technologies and repair best practices
