Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Manager to manage the maintenance and smooth functioning of our gaming arena equipment including Arcade Games, VR Games, Bowling, Trampoline & other attractions.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily technical operations & equipment maintenance
Troubleshoot breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime
Maintain Arcade Machines, VR Systems, Electrical & Electronic equipment
Plan preventive maintenance and safety checks
Coordinate with vendors for repairs & support
Manage technical team and maintain service standards
Maintain maintenance reports & spare inventory

Requirements:
• Experience in Gaming Zone / Arcade / Amusement Industry preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, electronics & equipment troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills
