Key Responsibilities :

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electric scooters (mechanical and electrical issues).

• Perform regular maintenance, charging system checks, and battery replacements.

• Troubleshoot motor controllers, wiring, and power systems.

• Maintain accurate service records and update job reports.

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all repair work.

• Support service operations and assist customers with technical queries.

• Collaborate with the service head to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
