Key Responsibilities:

Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of EV vehicles.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools.
Repair and replace defective components such as batteries, controllers, motors, brakes, and wiring systems.
Conduct battery health checks and charging system inspections.
Troubleshoot vehicle issues and provide quick resolutions.
Maintain service records and job cards accurately.
Ensure safety procedures are followed while handling high-voltage systems.
Support customers by explaining service issues and maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with spare parts and technical support teams.
Perform road testing after repair/service completion.
Attend technical training programs related to EV technology.
