Job Title- IT Support Administrator - Male candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.

• Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions.

• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and security issues.

• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.

• Handle external office-related errands such as banking, courier, vendor coordination, and government-related tasks.

• Support administrative staff in completing daily tasks efficiently.

• Maintain good communication and coordination with vendors, service providers

• Perform other general support duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Diploma/ ITI related field.

• Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work responsibly with minimal supervision.
