Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, monitors, and related equipment.
Run and terminate network, coaxial, or power cables.
Configure cameras, recording devices, and remote viewing applications.
Test and troubleshoot camera feeds, network connectivity, and recording issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
Diagnose and repair faulty cameras, storage devices, and cabling.
Ensure systems meet customer requirements and security standards.
Provide user training on operating surveillance systems.
Maintain service reports and installation documentation.

Required Skills

Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR technology.
Basic networking skills (IP addressing, routers, switches).
Electrical and wiring knowledge.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with security systems such as access control and alarms.
Ability to work at heights and use installation tools safely.
