Technician

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Install and test products to make sure they work correctly. 

• Follow installation and operation manuals. 

• Responds to service request and repair prodcuts. 

• Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans. 

• Teaches customer how to use their products. 

• Escalate issues to manager promptly. 

• Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipments. 

• Writes service report after every appointment. 

• collaborates with managers and other service technicians. 

• Follow all company policies and procedures. 

• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
