Responsibilities and Duties
Install and test products to make sure they work correctly.
Follow installation and operation manuals.
Responds to service request and repair prodcuts.
Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.
Teaches customer how to use their products.
Escalate issues to manager promptly.
Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipments.
Writes service report after every appointment.
collaborates with managers and other service technicians.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
