Job Description of Site Technician Installation

Exajoule is a manufacturing company of LED Street Light and Solar Home Lightning System.

We are in a trading business of all kind of solar products. We work as EPC (System Integrator)

of Solar Power Plant for Domestic, Commercial, Residential and Institutional purpose.

Exajoule is focuses on behind-the-meter solar projects particular focus on multi-building solar project portfolio sales and installation. Our customers include F1000 corporate buyers (direct sales) as well as top solar project development companies (indirect channel).

Exajoule is seeking an Site Technician who has ability to supervise and manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple geographies, while working on other projects that are in the predevelopment stage.

Objectives:

As a solar panel technician, you will be responsible for installing and servicing solar panels on buildings and land to ensure they efficiently convert solar power into renewable energy. Most of your work as a solar panel Installer will be outdoors and at height.

The purpose of a Solar Panel Technician is to install, maintain and repair solar energy systems for residential, commercial and industrial clients. They use their technical knowledge to analyze the energy needs of their client in order to design, develop and implement the best solar energy system.

Solar Engineers also oversee the installation, testing and monitoring of solar energy systems and provide advice on their operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing locations to ensure they are suitable for solar panels. 

• Measuring up areas for installation.

• Making adjustments to building surfaces so panels fit and are adequately supported. 

• Installing and maintaining solar panels on homes, business premises or open land. 

• Connecting solar panels to an electrical system. 

• Grounding electrical equipment and checking wiring.  

• Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines. 

• Performing maintenance checks and fixing solar panels. 

• Using a variety of technical equipment and tools. 

·        Installing solar photovoltaic systems to the highest standards.

·        Carrying out maintenance and repairs on existing solar photovoltaic systems.

·        Ensuring all electrical work is carried out in accordance with industry regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

·        Diploma/ Btech Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy Specialization in Solar Energy

·        Comfortable for travelling.

·        Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down the organization.

·        Knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems.

·        Excellent teamwork, communication, and people skills a must.

Salary -12k (Fresher) , 14k- 18k (Exp -6 months to 2 years) ,18k-22k (Exp more than 2 years), plus company will pay the expenses if the applicant is sent to site , they will fill expense form and deposit it at Head Office .Experience in Solar Sector mandatory.

Requirement of Site Technician is for Lucknow, Ayodhya and Gorakhpur location.
