Job Description

Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting structures as per design.
Perform DC and AC wiring for solar systems.
Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements.
Install and connect electrical components safely.
Test and commission solar systems after installation.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar plants.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.
Coordinate with the project team and report installation progress.
Maintain installation records and documentation.
Knowledge of Solar PV Systems and Components.
Understanding of Electrical Wiring and Safety Standards.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
Knowledge of net metering and electrical safety procedures.
Valid driving license (preferred).
