Job Description (JD):

 Ensure 100% attendance with a minimum of 85% attendance per month.

 Provide high-quality customer service by installing, servicing, and repairing Aquaguard Water Purifiers, Eureka Forbes

Vacuum Cleaners, and Air Purifiers.

 Achieve service call targets and adhere to SOPs.

 Ensure mandatory service delivery within assigned timelines.

Job Timing Benefits:

 Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, reporting to the BP office.

 Location-based service within a 10 km radius, with occasional last-mile calls extending up to 10 km.

No Onboarding Fee: EFL didn’t charge any onboarding fee from the service technicians.

Company Toolkit & Uniform: Provided by the BP and must be returned upon resignation.

Role:
