Technician

Position: EV Technician – (ITI/DIPLOMA)
Location: MUMBAI AND BHIWANDI
Experience: Freshers (ITI Pass-outs)
Qualification: ITI in Electrician, Electronics, Motor Mechanic, Fitter, or related trades
Probation Period: 4 Months

Employment Terms

Candidates will undergo a probation period of four (4) months. Upon successful completion of the probation period and satisfactory performance, they will be absorbed into the company as regular employees and will be eligible for the company's standard salary structure and applicable benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the inspection, servicing, and maintenance of electric vehicles.

• Diagnose and rectify basic electrical and mechanical issues under the guidance of senior technicians.

• Perform battery checks, wiring inspections, and component replacements.

• Adhere to safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

• Maintain service records and job completion reports.

• Support senior technicians in workshop and field service activities.

Desired Skills and Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.

• Working knowledge of computers and basic applications.

• Willingness to travel as required for field assignments and service support.

• Strong willingness to learn EV technology and troubleshooting techniques.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
