Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install and mount CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, racks, monitors, and accessories.
Execute structured cabling, termination, dressing, and labeling.
Configure IP cameras, NVR/DVR, remote viewing, and mobile connectivity.
Set up recording schedules, motion detection, storage, and backup.
Integrate CCTV with networking infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi-Fi).
Perform testing, commissioning, and quality checks.
Troubleshoot faults in cameras, cabling, network, or power.
Provide system demonstration and basic training to clients.
Prepare installation reports and service documentation.
Coordinate with project and service teams for timely completion.

Required Skills

Knowledge of analog and IP CCTV systems.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, LAN, PoE).
Experience in DVR/NVR configuration and remote access setup.
Cable routing, crimping, termination, and use of testing tools.
Basic understanding of racks, patch panels, and power supplies.
Ability to read layout drawings.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
