Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and demonstrate digital safety lockers at customer sites.

• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs on electronic/digital locks.

• Conduct routine maintenance, testing, and quality checks.

• Replace faulty components (keypads, circuits, sensors, batteries, etc.).

• Ensure proper functioning of biometric, PIN, and RFID systems.

• Maintain service logs, repair reports, and customer documentation.

• Provide on-site customer support and training.

• Coordinate with service manager for escalations and spares.

• Follow all safety & security guidelines.
  
  Skills & Requirements

  • ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

  • Experience in digital lockers, electronic appliances, or small electronics repair.

  • Strong troubleshooting and wiring skills.

  • Ability to read circuit diagrams and service manuals.

  • Good communication & customer-handling ability.

  • Two-wheeler & valid DL preferred.

  • Must be able to travel across Rajasthan for installations and service visits.

  Work Conditions

  • Extensive field visits.

  • Timely response to customer complaints and breakdown calls.

  • Carrying basic tools/equipment as required.
