Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
Set up machines and load raw materials properly.
Read engineering drawings and follow work instructions.
Check dimensions and quality of finished components using measuring instruments.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the supervisor.
Maintain production records and daily work reports.
Follow safety rules and company policies during operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved within given timelines.
Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations.
Ability to use measuring instruments like Vernier caliper and micrometer.
Understanding of machine drawings and production processes.
Good technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts.
