Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, configuration, and integration of equipment or systems according to technical specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand needs and translate them into installation plans.

• Perform system testing (e.g., calibration, diagnostics) to verify functionality and compliance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation or startup.

• Provide training and handover documentation for clients or support teams.

• Adhere to industry and company standards, particularly safety and quality protocols.

• Maintain detailed records of installation processes, parts, labor, and service reports.

• Suggest improvements or optimizations based on installation experiences or client feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diplomas or degrees in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics), or a related field.

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Proven hands-on experience with installation or commissioning of [specify systems, e.g., machinery, telecom, IT solutions].

• Familiarity with tools, instrumentation, and system testing procedures.

• Technical Skills:

• Understanding of electrical/mechanical schematics, PLCs, network configurations, or industry-specific protocols (e.g., SCADA, automation systems).

• Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication (both technical and client-facing).

• Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently (and as part of a team).
