Technician

Role Summary:
We are hiring Technicians to handle inspection, repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of appliances to ensure Ready-to-Rent (R2R) quality for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain appliances (AC, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, TV, Geyser, RO, etc.)

• Perform QC checks during pickup, return, and pre-dispatch

• Replace/repair spare parts and update condition changes

• Support warehouse, inventory, and field service teams

• Raise warranty/service tickets and report unrepairable items

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (preferred)

• 1–5 years experience as Appliance/Electronics Technician

• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills

• Willingness to work in warehouse & field operations
