Job Description

Job Role:
We are hiring a Home Appliance Technician to install, service, and repair home appliances provided on a rental basis.

Responsibilities:

Installation & uninstallation of AC, fridge, washing machine, geyser, microwave, etc.
Diagnose and repair appliance issues at customer location or warehouse.
Perform routine maintenance and quality checks before dispatch.
Attend service calls within TAT and close jobs in system/app.
Ensure good customer experience and follow company SOPs.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Refrigeration / Home Electronics preferred.
1–3 years experience in appliance repair (AC, fridge, washing machine mandatory).
Knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Willing to travel for field service.
