Technician – Medonic M20 Hematology Analyzer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technician to join our Production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Medonic M20 hematology analyzers and a good understanding of 3-part or 5-part hematology analyzer systems.

The candidate will be responsible for equipment testing, troubleshooting, servicing, assembly/support, and ensuring the instruments meet required quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform testing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of Medonic M20 hematology analyzers.
Work on 3-part hematology analyzer systems and related equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and instrument-related issues.
Support production, testing, and quality processes for medical diagnostic instruments.
Perform functional testing and inspection of equipment and components.
Assist in assembly, calibration, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain testing and service records as required.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Follow company safety, quality, and SOP requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience as a Technician / Service Engineer / Production Technician / Biomedical Technician.
ITI / Diploma / relevant qualification in Electrical or Electronics.
Hands-on experience with Medonic M20 hematology analyzers is mandatory.
Practical experience with 3-part hematology analyzers is highly relevant.
Good troubleshooting and testing skills in electrical/electronic systems.

Preferred Experience

Experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) instruments.
Experience in medical diagnostic equipment manufacturing or servicing.
Background in manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, servicing, or quality.
Experience with hematology analyzers or other laboratory diagnostic instruments.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is technically hands-on, good at troubleshooting, and comfortable working with medical diagnostic instruments in a production environment.
