6 days working | Rotational Shift

Diagnose and repair CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.

Troubleshoot camera, cabling, and network connectivity issues.

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.

Replace faulty components and ensure proper system functionality.

Coordinate with customers and provide onsite technical support.

Prepare service reports after each visit.

Ensure timely resolution of service calls while maintaining service quality.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of CCTV camera installation and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with DVR, NVR, IP Cameras, and Analog Cameras.

Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, LAN connectivity).

Ability to identify and resolve hardware-related issues.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Willingness to travel for onsite service within the assigned area.

Eligibility

ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass or equivalent.
