Job Title:
ATM Engineer
Job Summary:
An ATM Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ATM (Automated Teller Machine) systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure ATM machines and related hardware/software.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of ATMs.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cash dispenser issues.
Replace faulty parts such as card readers, printers, cash cassettes, and motherboards.
Ensure timely resolution of ATM downtime and customer complaints.
Coordinate with banks and service teams for issue resolution.
Monitor ATM performance and maintain service reports.
Must Have Bike for Travelling
Follow safety and compliance guidelines during field visits.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Understanding of ATM machine components and operations.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work in field operations and rotational shifts.
