Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Broadband Network Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our internet services (Fiber / Wireless Broadband). The candidate will be responsible for field operations and resolving customer issues efficiently.Install new broadband connections (Fiber / LAN / Wireless)

Configure routers, ONT (Optical Network Terminal), and network devices
Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues (slow speed, no connectivity, etc.)
Perform cable laying and basic fiber splicing
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
Monitor network performance and ensure service quality
Conduct preventive maintenance of network equipment
Maintain daily work reports and service logs
