Technician

Position: Instrument Technician

Location: Mahad -Raigad (Maharashtra)

Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation with 3 to 6 years exp.

Responsibilities:

1. Exposure in instrumentation in process such as Temparature, pressure,Mass flow meters (Vortex), magnetic flow meters, ultrasonic level transmiters and controllers.                                                                                                           2. Exposed to Repair and maintenance of instruments .Familiar with ABB 800 X DCS and SCADA system.

3. Sound Knowledge of  Various Sensor Used for Temperature , Pressure , Poistion Control ,  Read Switches, Photo Sensor.

4. Weighing instrument and controllers capacity variying from kgs to 200T ( load cells )(Persian molen/ Nova/ sortorious and SA make)                                                                               5. Good Knowledge of Pneumatic Control valves.                                                                                                                    6. Callibration and verification of  Load Cell, pressure transmitter, floemeters,level transmitter - Calibration , Replacement and Trouble shooting.                                                                                                                7. Sound Knowledge on communication network (Profibus)  and protocall network.                                                                                                                               8. Excellent trouble shooting skills in instruments like mass flow meters, pressure transmeter, load cells etc.

9. Adherence to PM schedules and callibration o instrument for trouble free operation and accuracy of instruments.

Key Skills- Calibration, Loop Checking, Commissioning, Installation ,repairing of electronic transmitter Like FT,PT,LT,TT,LPT, All type of pneumatic control valves ,on -off valve & all types of gauges & all types switches
