Role Overview
SolCare is looking for a dedicated Solar Cleaning Technician to ensure all residential and commercial solar plants operate at maximum efficiency. The role involves on-site panel cleaning, basic maintenance checks, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of solar panels using approved methods and equipment.

• Inspect panels for dust, stains, bird droppings, and efficiency-impacting dirt.

• Follow safety protocols while working at heights or on rooftops.

• Report any visible damage, wiring issues, or maintenance requirements.

• Maintain cleaning tools, water-saving equipment, and cleaning agents.

• Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and site visits.

• Document completed tasks with photos and short reports.

• Ensure timely and professional service delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of solar panels and field work.

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

• Ability to work safely on rooftops and elevated surfaces.

• Experience in cleaning, facility maintenance, or solar work is preferred.

• Willingness to travel to multiple sites within Indore and nearby areas.

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined work approach.
