Job Description

Location: Client Site – Chennai
Experience: 2–5 Years (can be adjusted)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team at the client location in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical components.
Diagnose electrical issues and carry out corrective actions.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
Ensure proper functioning of control panels, motors, and power distribution systems.
Assist in commissioning and testing of electrical equipment.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and report findings.
Adhere to safety standards and company compliance policies at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives for issue resolution.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with tools, testing instruments, and equipment.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and layouts.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, drives, and automation systems (preferred).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in shifts if required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
