Job Title: Field Service Technician

Experience: 0–1 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field

Job Description:
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services at customer locations. The candidate should be technically sound, customer-focused, and willing to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, and repairs
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Provide technical support and usage guidance to customers
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
