Job Description

Design, deploy, and maintain telecom network infrastructure (2G/3G/4G/5G).

Perform network planning, RF optimization, and capacity enhancement.

Handle installation and commissioning of telecom equipment (BTS, routers, switches, microwave links).

Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and uptime.

Troubleshoot network issues (L1/L2/L3) and provide timely resolution.

Work on fiber network planning, splicing coordination, and connectivity.

Conduct site surveys and support rollout projects.

Ensure compliance with telecom standards and safety guidelines.

Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams.

Maintain documentation, reports, and network diagrams.
