
Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial premises to identify pest infestations (termites, rodents, cockroaches, mosquitoes, bed bugs, ants, etc.).
Identify type of pest, infestation level, and source of entry.
Recommend appropriate pest control treatment methods.
Perform pest control services such as:
General pest control
Termite treatment (pre & post construction)
Rodent control
Mosquito control
Bed bug treatment
Use approved chemicals, equipment, and techniques as per company SOP.
Apply pesticides safely using sprayers, fogging machines, bait stations, and traps.
Follow safety protocols while handling chemicals and equipment.
Use PPE (gloves, masks, uniforms, etc.) during operations.
Comply with government regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Ensure safe disposal of chemicals and waste materials.
Explain treatment process, precautions, and post-treatment guidelines to customers.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Maintain service reports, job cards, and treatment records.
Record chemicals used, dosage, and service outcomes.
Collect customer signatures after service completion.
Maintain pest control equipment in good working condition.
Report equipment issues or chemical shortages to supervisors.
Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of company tools and vehicles.
Conduct follow-up visits when required.
Suggest preventive measures to avoid future infestations.
Assist in annual maintenance contract (AMC) services.
Coordinate with supervisors, BDEs, and office staff for service scheduling.
Support senior technicians during complex treatments.
Train junior technicians if assigned.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and discipline.
Avoid misuse of chemicals or unsafe practices.
Protect customer property and maintain confidentiality.

10th / 12th Pass (preferred)
Pest Control Training / Certification (added advantage)
