Job Location: Rajiv Gandhi Salai, (OMR Centre), Chennai
Asst. Center Manager cum Technician 

Role & Responsibilities

• Handling Customer queries regarding glass fitting

• Fixing / Replacing Car Glass or Glass Fitting

• Maintaining store hygiene

• Removing damaged glass, moulds, seals and trim from window frames in vehicles.

• Installing and fitting glass (either pre-shaped or cut with a template) according to manufacturers instructions.

• Undertaking safety assurance measures to ensure windscreen, side and rear glass is safe and secure.

• Handling Customer

• Resolution of customer complaints

• Adherence of centre SOP

• Store Management

• Fresher can  apply

Qualifications

•     Strong leadership and management skills

•     Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

•     Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally

•     Any/ITI or Diploma Preferred

•     0 to 2+ years Experience in the automotive industry or service industry is preferred
