Job Summary

We are looking for physically fit and hardworking candidates to join our solar installation team. The selected candidate will assist technicians in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of solar power systems at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Assist technicians during solar panel installation and maintenance.
Handle and transport tools, equipment, and installation materials.
Support mounting, wiring, and other site-related activities.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work site.
Work effectively as part of the installation team.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th Pass.
Physically fit and capable of field work.
Willing to travel to project sites, if required.
Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn.
