Technician Helper

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Technicians and Helpers to join our Pest Control and Sanitization team. The Technician will be responsible for applying pesticides and disinfectants in residential, commercial, and industrial settings to control pests and maintain hygiene standards. The Helper will assist the Technician in preparing equipment, mixing chemicals, and ensuring safe and efficient job execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect client sites to assess pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Apply chemical solutions and sanitizers according to safety guidelines and regulations.

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as sprayers, foggers, and protective gear.

• Assist with loading/unloading materials and setting up job sites.

• Follow safety protocols to protect clients, property, and self.

• Provide clear instructions and service reports to clients as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and vehicles.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Prior experience in pest control/sanitization is a plus but not mandatory for Helpers.

• Ability to work in varying environments, indoors and outdoors.

• Physical fitness and attention to detail are essential.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job locations.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
