Job Description

Job Title: Technician Helper

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technician Helper who has basic knowledge of cabling, crimping, punching, and hardware camera installation. The candidate will assist senior technicians in day-to-day field and installation work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in LAN cabling, cable laying, and termination work
Basic knowledge of crimping and punching (RJ45, Patch Panels)
Support in CCTV camera installation, mounting, and cabling
Help in installation and maintenance of hardware devices and network equipment
Follow instructions from senior technicians and supervisors
Maintain tools, materials, and ensure workplace cleanliness
Willingness to work on-site and handle field work

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of cabling, crimping, and punching
Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras and hardware installation
ITI / Diploma / 10th–12th pass (preferred)
Fresher or 0–1 year experience can apply
Ability to learn and work in a team
Physically fit for field and installation work
