Technician Helper

Job Description

1. Ensure 24×7 live status of the site.

2. Follow JIO safety rules and use PPE kits/tools.

3. Do regular site maintenance and report faults on time.

4. Visit all sites monthly.

5. Implement 100% SAS and automate alarms.

6. Ensure SMPS reachability and Everest 9 parameters visibility.

7. Close TT01 & TT02 tickets on time with proof.

8. Take over new sites with proper HOTO and updates.

9. Respond to alarms from NOC/OMCR.

10. Collect and submit EB bills; resolve disputes if any.

11. Coordinate with OEM/vendors for maintenance.

12. Liaise with EB personnel for issue resolution.

13. File FIR and fault reports within 24 hrs for incidents.

14. Return faulty/extra material to CMP warehouse.

15. Coordinate diesel filling and update Energy MIS.

16. Ensure OCR compliance during diesel filling.

17. Keep site in auto mode, fault-free, and clean.
