Technician Helper

Hi-Tech Enterprises is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Helper to assist our RO Technicians with water purifier installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair work.

The selected candidate will initially accompany an experienced technician on customer visits, learn the practical aspects of RO systems, and develop the technical skills required to handle service calls independently over time.

Key Responsibilities

Assist technicians during RO water purifier installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance.

Accompany technicians on customer visits and learn on-site service procedures.

Help with filter replacement, membrane changes, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.

Assist in carrying tools, equipment, and RO spare parts.

Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.

Learn to identify common RO system faults and resolve basic technical issues.

Follow customer service protocols and maintain professional behaviour at customer locations.

Gradually take responsibility for handling routine service visits independently after proper training.

Requirements

No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.

Ability to travel to customer locations along with the technician.

Good communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.
